We were looking to expand into roasting after 10 years in the coffee business, and thought, “What better place than our old stomping grounds in St. Augustine, Florida, near our alma mater, Flagler College?”. After years of searching, we found the perfect location up the street from the Fountain of Youth where we could hear the crazy “screaming” party of peacocks. Once we saw this unique barn-like structure hidden in the heart of the oldest city, Screaming Peacock Coffee was hatched!
